Service Description

NYC construction workers and supervisors can complete their Site Safety Training (SST) courses through any DOB-Registered Course Provider authorized to issue SST cards. SST cards are valid for five years from the date of issuance. To renew a card, workers must complete the required SST Refresher training with any DOB-Registered Course Provider within the 12 months before the card expires.

Cancellation Policy

All Site Safety Training (SST) card orders are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are eligible to receive the card and that you have all required documentation before making payment. If you completed your training with another course provider, you must submit all required supporting documentation as outlined below, including a copy (front and back) of your OSHA card. OSHA certificates of completion issued by other providers are not accepted for the purpose of issuing an SST card.
