Prescribed
SST Prescribed Courses are mandatory NYC Department of Buildings (DOB)–approved safety courses required to obtain or maintain an NYC SST Worker or Supervisor Card.
These courses cover specific safety topics prescribed by DOB and must be completed as part of an SST card package, upgrade, or renewal, depending on a worker’s role and training history.
